How fast will my application take to process?

Our application process can take up to a week to complete. Making sure that you fill out your forms completely and accurately will speed things up considerably.


Why do you need a CA Reseller's Permit?

The State of California requires us to collect sales tax on all orders drop shipped into California unless we have a valid reseller agreement on file. Since we are a wholesale distributor, we are not set up to collect sales tax on our customer's behalf.

Why do you need a PA Exemption Certificate?

Because we have a warehouse in Pennsylvania, we are required to keep an Exemption Certificate on file. This is only necessary if you need Accutech to drop ship orders into Pennsylvania on your behalf.

Will we be shipping into CA or PA on your behalf?

If so we will need to have you complete our Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate. We require a CA Reseller's Permit Number before we can ship into CA on your behalf. If your business does not have nexus in Pennsylvania we will need a signed PA Exemption form. If you do have nexus in PA, please include your PA resale certificate number on your completed Uniform Tax Certificate.
