Requirements:

You must download and submit a credit application.
You must be a reseller of the products we carry. We DO NOT sell to end user accounts.
In addition to a completed credit application, you must produce a Resale Certificate Number for the state in which you are located.
If you would like us drop ship into California or Pennsylvania we will need additional information (noted below).

	Do you have a California Seller's Permit? In order for Accutech to ship to destinations in California you must have a California Sellar's Permit on file with us. For more information on how to get a California Sellar's Permit you can visit the California Board of Equalization Website at http://www.boe.ca.gov/info/reg.htm.

	PA Exemption Certificate In order for Accutech to ship to destinations in Pennsylvania you must have a PA exemption certificate on file with us or a Pennsylvania Resale Certificate is you are located in Pennsylvania. Download PA Exemption Certificate >

How fast will my application take to process?

Our application process can take up to a week to complete. Making sure that you fill out your forms completely and accurately will speed things up considerably.

Why do you need a CA Reseller's Permit?

The State of California requires us to collect sales tax on all orders drop shipped into California unless we have a valid reseller agreement on file. Since we are a wholesale distributor, we are not set up to collect sales tax on our customer's behalf.

Why do you need a PA Exemption Certificate?

Because we have a warehouse in Pennsylvania, we are required to keep an Exemption Certificate on file. This is only necessary if you need Accutech to drop ship orders into Pennsylvania on your behalf.
